Who is William Payne?
If your product could talk, what would it say? Where has it gone? Why does it stand out amongst a crowd? Let me communicate that story to an audience. My name is William Payne and I’m a graduate from the University of Oregon and reside in Seattle, Washington. I have degrees in both advertisement and public relations along with a minor in business administration. Outside of work I love snowboarding, skateboarding, and can never turn down a good beach day. I hope to take my creative approach in various projects of mine to a variety of industries and aid in strategic artistic development.
